Do you offer custom designs?
Yes. We can create any custom design based on your requirements, sketches, or reference photos.
Can you add my brand label or logo?
Absolutely. We provide full Private Label services including labels, tags, logo placement, and branded packaging.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We offer flexible quantities. Small test orders are accepted, and we can scale up production for larger wholesale orders.
Can I request specific colors?
Yes. We can match any color palette you need and provide samples if required.
Are the bags fully lined from inside?
Yes. All bags come with premium lining unless the client requests otherwise.
Can you reproduce a model I send you?
Yes. We can replicate any model with accurate details and finishing quality.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, Western Union, and other agreed methods depending on the buyer’s location.
Can you handle urgent or express orders?
Yes. For some models we offer express production depending on availability.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. We can produce a sample of any model you need.
Samples are paid, but the cost is kept reasonable so you can evaluate the quality before placing a bulk order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide — especially to Germany and Europe — with fast and secure packaging.
What are your payment terms?
Payment is divided into two stages:
• 50% upfront after agreeing on all order details and quantities.
• 50% after the order is fully completed, photographed, and prepared for shipping — before dispatch.
How does shipping work?
We work with trusted air and sea shipping partners in Egypt.
Once your order is ready, we check the fastest and most cost-effective shipping option to your country.
You will receive a full shipping invoice and cost breakdown together with the second payment.
